meet the team
Markus Piebrock, as co-founder of the online shop and www.tennis-point.de, has been able to gain relevant experience with online shoe trade. In the course of building up this online shop, the idea for mySHOEFITTER was born, because the return rate due to the wrong shoe size was between 40-50%, which caused correspondingly high return costs, such as postage, packaging, care/hygiene of the returned shoes, storage, etc..
Furthermore, Markus has been a member of the expert panel on returns research at the University of Bamberg for years.
Frederik Dürr has already operated an online trade with his own brand and his own products imported from Asia. Furthermore, he gained a lot of experience in customer service with international customers in the family business in the field of information technology and industrial automation. With this experience and in combination with his degree in 'Technical Management and Marketing' he is taking care of the sales and marketing of mySHOEFITTER.
Claudia Ebbers brings along more than 20 year's experience and success stories from international companies in the new/disruptive technology environment - mainly from online and SaaS segments. During her career, she has managed teams and departments and can look back on knowledge in the Commercial- and Business Development as well as on the Key Account & Partnerships Management Side.
