  1. Why should I use  mySHOEFITTER to determine my exact shoe size?
    Shoe sizes are not standardized, there are differences per 
    region/country und also per producer and shoe model. Despite trials for a global categorization still enormous differences in shoe sizes exist. Therefore it is not possible to us a standard shoe size overall / for all producers. 

    If you have e.g. a US size 10 with Nike, a US 10 size with Adidas must not necessarily fit as well.
    Our technology measures feet with millimetre accuracy via smartphone photo and compares it with the fitting shoe sizes per producer and shoe model, so that you can chose the optimal fitting shoe.
     

  2. What is mySHOEFITTER about?
    mySHOEFITTER is the only scientifically based, biometric technology (e.g. smartphones, tablets) to measure feet with millimetre accuracy in order to always determine the correct shoe size when buying shoes online. You can use mySHOEFITTER exclusively in participating in online-shops.

     

  3. How does mySHOEFITTER work?
    mySHOEFITTER determines your foot measurements with millimetre accuracy using a single smartphone photo. We have  the exact inner shoe sizes of shoe models per participating online shop at our disposal so that your measured foot is compared with these inner shoe dimensions, so that you'll always get the right fitting size suggestion.

     

  4. What do I need to use mySHOEFITTER?
    All you need is our smartphone app and a DIN A 4 sheet as a reference. You can use mySHOEFITTER exclusively in participating in online-shops.

     

  5. How do I make best use of the technology?
    You will find a very detailed description in our app. It is very simple. You only need a DIN A 4 sheet, take a photo - done! A US letter format as reference is already in the making.

     

  6. What does mySHOEFITTER cost for me as end customer?
    The mySHOEFITTER technology is completely free of charge for end-users.

     

  7. How can I use mySHOEFITTER in my favourite online-shop?
    In participating online shops you will find a so-called plug-in. During the ordering process, the mySHOEFITTER application will automatically appear to be used. Just follow the instructions and the correct shoe size for the selected model will be displayed automatically.

    You can use mySHOEFITTER exclusively in participating in online-shops. If you favourite online-shop is not using mySHOEFITTER yet, jute let us know and we'll get in touch with them.
     

  8. Can I still return shoes, after having used mySHOEFITTER?
    The conditions that your online-shop offers for returns always apply. The use of mySHOEFITTER has no influence on these conditions.

     

  9. Do I need to measure both feet with the app or just one foot?
    If you know your bigger foot, you should choose this one. If not, just take a photo of both feet and use the larger foot to get the right size and complete the order.
